Position: Sales Associate

Join our vibrant team in Lucerne as a Sales Associate and be part of something extraordinary! In this role, you will build and retain a loyal customer base by delivering exceptional, personalized service and creating memorable client experiences. You will drive sales through expert product knowledge and consultative guidance while maintaining the boutique’s high standards of presentation and organization. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, you will contribute to a motivated, collaborative team and help strengthen the brand’s reputation and presence.

Your Contribution:

  • Welcome, advise, and guide clients with professionalism and warmth to create outstanding customer experiences.
  • Participate in product training, team meetings, and coaching sessions to continuously expand your knowledge and sales skills.
  • Engage in boutique, client, and company events to enhance brand visibility and build meaningful client connections.
  • Meet individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and client-focused service.
  • Build and nurture a loyal client base by delivering personalized, memorable experiences.
  • Capture and utilize client data to foster long-term relationships and create future sales opportunities.
  • Maintain boutique standards with a strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
  • Apply visual merchandising guidelines to ensure displays consistently reflect the brand’s style and standards.
  • Keep back-of-house stock organized and maintain accurate inventory levels to support smooth operations.
  • Support Boutique Management in implementing health, safety, and operational requirements.

As a true Brand Ambassador, you will embody the brand’s values and deliver an exceptional, culturally attuned experience to both local and Chinese customers while contributing to a strong team spirit.

Are You the One We're Looking For?

You will fit well into our Squad if:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in retail or luxury sales, with proven success in delivering exceptional client experiences. Experience in watches, fashion, or other luxury industries is a plus.
  • You possess specialist knowledge of the luxury market and a deep understanding of high-end client expectations.
  • You speak fluently in German, English, and Chinese.
  • You are passionate about providing personalized, memorable service and continuously developing your product knowledge and sales skills.
  • You have strong communication skills and a team-player mentality, contributing positively to a collaborative boutique environment.
