We are currently seeking a new Sales Associate for our location in Interlaken at 80% employment.
Job Description
Sales Management - Boost Sales
- Sales & Performance: Contribute to achieving sales targets by converting walk-in traffic into clients and creating excitement around the product.
- Customer-Centric Excellence: Support customer service by providing detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to assist them, ensuring satisfaction by building confidence, proactively offering suggestions, and sharing product knowledge.
Setting the Scene for the Brand
- Brand Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the brand and its values to enhance customer experience.
- Product Presentation: Keep an orderly and welcoming sales floor while supporting visual merchandising initiatives to ensure visual appeal.
Leading & Organizing the Store
- Operational Excellence: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking in new stock, as well as handling repairs and managing cash register settlements.
- Tech Savvy & System Proficiency: Utilize store systems effectively for transactions and daily business operations.
- Time Management & Prioritization: Balance customer service responsibilities with operational duties efficiently.

- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while being able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Professional Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.
Skills (Mandatory)
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and supervisors.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to comprehend and present technical details effectively.
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for handling transactions.

Languages
- Excellent command of both German and English.
- Good proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
