Job Description
- Welcome and advise customers in-store
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Achieve sales by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Provide basic technical support to customers to resolve product and service-related issues
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of telecommunications products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, contracts, and promotions
We Expect
- Bilingual in French and English, with a very good knowledge of Italian or Spanish
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for technology and telecommunications products
- Customer-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
