Job Description
- Proactively and warmly approach customers to create an inviting atmosphere in the shop, including for waiting customers.
- Provide competent advice aimed at delivering simple and efficient solutions that exceed customer needs.
- Present devices and services attractively in the shop according to marketing and design guidelines to foster an enjoyable environment.
- Contribute everyday ideas to actively shape the shop experience.
- Check new deliveries for quality, quantity, and schedule while preparing returns.
- Accept repaired devices and prepare them for customer pick-up.
- Support inventory counts as needed.
We Expect
- Completed training (EFZ/EBA) in sales or the service sector.
- A passion for customer contact and an interest in telecommunications.
- Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products.
- A pleasant, communicative demeanor.
- A team player with an impeccable reputation.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
- Experience in telecommunications or the consumer electronics field is an advantage.
