BeeBoo is seeking two dedicated and experienced Rota Nannies to join the team of a private family based in Presinge, Geneva. This is an exciting opportunity to support a family with two young children (ages 2.5 years and 9 months) and participate in a well-structured rotational care system that promises optimal continuity for the children.

Position Details

Location: Presinge, Geneva

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: CHF 6,000 gross/month

Driving License: Essential (a vehicle will be provided if not driving)

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is essential for international travel

Position Organization

The two Nannies will follow a rotation system, balancing working periods with fully-off periods. This rotation may vary between 1, 2, or 3 weeks based on the family's travel plans, ensuring adequate rest for each team member.

Indicative Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday as per the rotation schedule.

Responsibilities

The Nanny will primarily be responsible for:

• Providing daily care for the two children
• Maintaining their routines and rhythms
• Offering care and support for the baby
• Engaging in stimulation and age-appropriate activities
• Arranging outings and outdoor activities
• Preparing and organizing the children's belongings
• Assisting during travels
• Coordinating with other team members
• Ensuring an organized environment for the children

Travel Requirements

The family travels frequently throughout the year, including both domestic and international destinations. As the children are not yet in school, these trips can happen at various times, with longer stays planned particularly during Christmas and summer. Candidates must be highly available and comfortable with regular travel, and must have an up-to-date passport.

• Fluency in French and English, with strong English skills for ease of communication
• Comfortable swimming
• Possess a valid driving license
• Valid travel documents/passport for international travel

A vehicle will be provided for job-related needs, and a parking space is available. The family has a cat and a pony, so it is essential to be comfortable with animals.
