With 27 branches operating throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, we are currently seeking Roof Carpenters (M/F/D) to bolster our workforce in the Bellinzona and Locarno regions during the peak season.
Job Description
- Design and assembly of load-bearing wooden structures for roofs and beams
- Execution of finishing works
- Installation of protective coverings, including thermal and acoustic insulation
- Reading and interpretation of technical drawings
- Assembly and fastening of structural elements, ensuring the stability and safety of the roof
- Adherence to safety regulations, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and management of work at heights
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Roof Carpenter of at least 2-3 years
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and structural plans
- Excellent manual skills, precision, and keen attention to structural details
- Strong focus on workplace safety, particularly in high-altitude work
- Good physical endurance with no issues of vertigo
- Category B driver's license and access to a vehicle
