Job Description
The role involves the operation and control of rollers to compact the subsoil for roads and traffic areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting compaction work on construction sites in road construction.
- Monitoring machine operation and compaction results.
- Maintenance and care of rollers and other machines used.
- Collaborating with the entire construction team to ensure smooth construction processes.
- Ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
We Expect
- Completed training as a construction machine operator and several years of professional experience as a roller operator (double vibratory roller, pneumatic roller, smooth roller).
- Technical flair for road construction equipment as well as a capability for independent and precise work.
- Responsible thinking and action, along with strong teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of German (minimum level B2).
- Driver's license Category B, M1 small equipment course, and M6 roller course.
