Job Opportunity: Robot Visual AI and Control Engineer

We are seeking a full-time Robot Visual AI and Control Engineer to join our dynamic team on-site at the Innovation Park in Dübendorf. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced robot vision, AI, and motion control systems. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting and optimizing robotic applications, as well as collaborating on the integration of cutting-edge visual AI and sensor-driven systems to enhance robotics functionality.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in robot control, particularly for advanced mobile manipulation.
• Strong foundation in robotic systems engineering, capable of designing and implementing end-to-end hardware sensing and control systems.
• Knowledge of event-based vision sensors and algorithms.
• Experience with visual AI, including neural network implementation and training.
• Excellent programming skills in Python, C++, and Rust for robotics and AI development.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in robotics technology.
• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or AI.
• Experience with human-robot interaction systems is a plus.
