Job Title: Robot Visual AI and Control Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated full-time Robot Visual AI and Control Engineer to join our dynamic team at the Innovation Park in Dübendorf. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and implementing advanced robot vision, AI, and motion control systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing robotic applications, ensuring peak performance and functionality.

Your role will involve collaborating on the integration of cutting-edge visual AI and sensor-driven systems, aimed at refining and enhancing the capabilities of robotics technology.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in robot control, particularly for advanced mobile manipulation.
• Strong foundation in robotic systems engineering to design and implement end-to-end hardware sensing and control systems.
• Knowledge of event-based vision sensors and algorithms.
• Experience with visual AI, including neural network implementation and training.
• Excellent programming skills in Python, C++, and Rust for robotics and AI development.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation within the robotics field.
• Master's degree in a relevant field such as Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or AI.
• Experience with human-robot interaction systems is a plus.
