Job Responsibilities
As part of our production team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Adhering to organizational guidelines and quality standards for production.
- Following a defined production schedule.
- Identifying various problems and potential causes, and proposing solutions and improvements.
- Ensuring proper communication and information transfer during shift handovers.
Technical Skills and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience with CNC machines or equivalent, demonstrating a methodical and diligent approach.
- Compliance with procedures and safety standards, including First Aid training.
- Responsible and proactive, fostering a strong team spirit.
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
- Capacity to contribute to the smooth operation of production facilities through initiative and decision-making.
- Comfortable with digital tools.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and German is required, with French being a plus depending on the intervention site.
