Job Description
As part of our team, your responsibilities will include site preparation, where you will mark out the construction site according to plans and signal the designated building area. You will carry out the preliminary work necessary for the installation of asphalt surfaces, which involves:
- Setting drainage shafts and laying sewer pipes, as well as lines for gas, water, and electricity.
- Compacting the top layer of gravel sand with rollers until the required compressive strength is achieved.
- Installing bitumen-containing mixed material, either mechanically or manually, and compacting it in accordance with established standards.
- Conducting finishing work, including cutting and painting the edges of the surface, adjusting manhole covers and grates to align with the final surface height, and creating the road verges.
- Participating in renovation work, which may include removing and replacing old surfaces or performing minor repairs.

- A completed training as a paving specialist EFZ and/or road builder EFZ.
- Adaptability to various weather conditions.
- Good physical condition.
- Very good knowledge of German; competency in Italian and/or Portuguese is an advantage.
