As a Deloitte Risk Analyst, you will help our clients effectively manage their businesses. Organizations face an increasingly uncertain environment and must manage risk efficiently to achieve their desired outcomes. A crucial aspect of risk management involves internal controls and the proper oversight of third-party relationships. With regulatory compliance becoming a priority on many Board agendas, reducing compliance costs has never been more vital.

We aim to assist our clients by utilizing innovative techniques and technologies to establish cost-efficient risk frameworks that adapt to their evolving business needs.

How You Can Make an Impact

  • Understand business requirements and transformation, translating them into effective control frameworks.
  • Identify operational, compliance, or regulatory requirements, as well as automation opportunities, and design relevant internal controls to manage and mitigate risks.
  • Gain exposure to the latest technologies and comprehend their impact on the internal control environment of a company.
  • Provide strategic guidance by advising organizations on effective Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Management strategies that align with industry best practices and regulations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships in the risk and controls area to support our practice's growth.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (common fields include economics, politics, business administration, and management).
  • A strong desire to develop knowledge and expertise in core business processes (e.g., PTP, OTC, RTR, Treasury, Tax, HR) and the corresponding business risks and process-level controls.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (especially SAP) and other technologies is advantageous.
  • Previous professional services experience is a significant asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively handle competing requests from stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and at least one of German or French.
  • Availability to start in September 2026 (earlier start is possible).
