RETAIL DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER (100%)
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Design Project Manager to join our team in Zurich. After comprehensive training, you will be involved in the implementation of international and national retail projects. YOUR ACTIVITIES
- Manage multiple store design projects simultaneously from concept to completion within budget and on time while maintaining high design and quality standards.
- Responsible for creating layout plans, Schematic Design (SD), Detailed Design (DD), and Construction Design (CD) packages for new stores, remodels, and renovations, ensuring the highest standards and quality of design and execution.
- Follow the store design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and global standards. Integrate innovative design trends and sustainability practices as dictated by the client.
- Participate in and follow up on meetings with clients, authorities, local architects, and specialist planners.
- Ensure all retail environments reflect the company’s brand identity, values, and client experience goals, while tailoring solutions to local markets as needed.
- Maintain the global store design Masterfile, guidelines, and standards to ensure design consistency across all projects for each customer.
- Management of the time tracking program.
HOW TO CONVINCE US
- Excellent knowledge in ArchiCAD, specifically 3D drawing.
- A minimum of a degree in architecture, interior design, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project management.
- Experience in project and construction management.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing retail design projects, remodels, and new retail environments on a global scale.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in retail environments.
- Good understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices.
- Proficiency in programs such as Cinema 4D, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and MS-Office is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of English and German; proficiency in any other language is a plus.
