RETAIL DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER (100%)

YOUR ACTIVITIES
- Manage multiple store design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while upholding high design and quality standards.
- Oversee the creation of layout plans, Schematic Design (SD), Detailed Design (DD), and Construction Design (CD) packages for new stores, remodels, and renovations, maintaining the highest levels of quality and execution.
- Adhere to the store design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and global standards, while integrating innovative design trends and sustainability practices as specified by the client.
- Engage in and follow up on meetings with clients, authorities, local architects, and specialist planners.
- Ensure that all retail environments authentically reflect the company’s brand identity, values, and client experience goals, customizing solutions for local markets as needed.
- Maintain a global store design Masterfile, guidelines, and standards to ensure design consistency across all projects for each client.
- Manage the time tracking program effectively.
HOW TO CONVINCE US
- Excellent proficiency in ArchiCAD, particularly in 3D drawing.
- A minimum of a degree in architecture, interior design, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project management.
- Experience in project and construction management.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing retail design projects, remodels, and new retail environments on a global scale.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing your capabilities in retail environments.
- A solid understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices.
- Familiarity with programs such as Cinema 4D, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and MS-Office is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and German; additional language skills are a plus.
