Job Opportunity: Retail Design Project Manager (100%)
We are seeking a RETAIL DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER (100%) for our office in ZURICH.

Your Activities
- Manage multiple store design projects simultaneously from concept to completion within budget and on time while maintaining high design and quality standards.
- Responsible for the creation of layout plans, Schematic Design (SD), Detailed Design (DD), and Construction Design (CD) packages for new stores, remodels, and renovations, ensuring the highest standards and quality of design and execution.
- Follow the store design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and global standards while integrating innovative design trends and sustainability practices as specified by the client.
- Participate in and follow up on meetings with clients, authorities, local architects, and specialist planners.
- Ensure all retail environments reflect the company’s brand identity, values, and client experience goals, tailoring solutions to local markets as needed.
- Maintain the global store design Masterfile, guidelines, and standards to ensure design consistency across all projects for each customer.
- Management of the time tracking program.
How to Convince Us
- Excellent knowledge of ArchiCAD, specifically 3D drawing.
- A minimum of a degree in architecture, interior design, or a similar function.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project management.
- Experience in project and construction management.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing retail design projects, remodels, and new retail environments on a global scale.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in retail environments.
- Good understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices.
- Program knowledge advantageous: Cinema 4D, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and MS-Office.
- Good knowledge of English and German. Any other languages are an advantage.
