RETAIL DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER (100%)
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled RETAIL DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER (100%) for our office in ZURICH.

YOUR ACTIVITIES
- Manage multiple store design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring they are within budget and on time while maintaining high design and quality standards.
- Create layout plans and comprehensive design packages, including Schematic Design (SD), Detailed Design (DD), and Construction Design (CD) for new stores, remodels, and renovations, ensuring the highest standards of design and execution.
- Follow the store design strategy to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and global standards, integrating innovative design trends and sustainability practices as specified by the client.
- Participate in and follow up on meetings with clients, authorities, local architects, and specialist planners.
- Ensure all retail environments reflect the company’s brand identity, values, and client experience goals while tailoring solutions to local markets as required.
- Maintain a global store design Masterfile, guidelines, and standards to ensure design consistency across all projects for each customer.
- Manage the time tracking program efficiently.
HOW TO CONVINCE US
- Excellent knowledge in ArchiCAD, specifically in 3D drawing.
- A minimum of a degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project management.
- Experience in project and construction management.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing retail design projects, both remodels and new retail environments on a global scale.
- A strong design portfolio that showcases expertise in retail environments.
- A good understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices.
- Program knowledge in Cinema 4D, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office is advantageous.
- Proficient knowledge of English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
