YOUR ACTIVITIES
- Manage multiple store design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time while maintaining high design and quality standards.
- Be responsible for the creation of layout plans, Schematic Design (SD), Detailed Design (DD), and Construction Design (CD) packages for new stores, remodels, and renovations, guaranteeing the highest standards and quality of design and execution.
- Follow the store design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and global standards while integrating innovative design trends and sustainability practices as defined by the client.
- Participate in and follow up on meetings with clients, authorities, local architects, and specialist planners.
- Ensure that all retail environments reflect the company's brand identity, values, and client experience goals, while tailoring solutions to local markets as required.
- Maintain the global store design Masterfile, guidelines, and standards to preserve design consistency across all projects for each customer.
- Manage the time tracking program.
HOW TO CONVINCE US
- Excellent knowledge of ArchiCAD, specifically in 3D drawing.
- A minimum of a degree in architecture, interior design, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project management.
- Experience in project and construction management.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing retail design projects, remodels, and new retail environments on a global scale.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in retail environments.
- Good understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices.
- Familiarity with programs such as Cinema 4D, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and MS-Office is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of any additional languages is a plus.
