Your Activities
- Manage multiple store design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring they remain on budget and on time while upholding high design and quality standards.
- Oversee the creation of layout plans, Schematic Design (SD), Detailed Design (DD), and Construction Design (CD) packages for new stores, remodels, and renovations, ensuring top-quality design and execution.
- Align store design strategies with brand guidelines and global standards, integrating innovative design trends and sustainability practices as defined by the client.
- Participate in meetings and follow up with clients, authorities, local architects, and specialist planners.
- Ensure all retail environments reflect the company’s brand identity, values, and client experience goals, adapting solutions to local markets when necessary.
- Maintain a global store design Masterfile, guidelines, and standards to ensure design consistency across all projects for each customer.
- Manage the time tracking program effectively.
How to Convince Us
- Excellent knowledge in ArchiCAD, specifically in 3D drawing.
- A minimum of a degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project management.
- Experience in project and construction management.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing global retail design projects, remodels, and new environments.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in retail environments.
- Solid understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices.
- Familiarity with programs such as Cinema 4D, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
