Your Activities
Manage multiple store design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high design and quality standards.
Responsible for creating layout plans, Schematic Design (SD), Detailed Design (DD), and Construction Design (CD) packages for new stores, remodels, and renovations, assuring the highest standards and quality of design and execution.
Follow the store design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and global standards, while integrating innovative design trends and sustainability practices as provided by the client.
Participate in and follow up on meetings with clients, authorities, local architects, and specialist planners.
Ensure all retail environments reflect the company's brand identity, values, and client experience goals, tailoring solutions to local markets as needed.
Maintain the global store design Masterfile, guidelines, and standards to uphold design consistency across all projects for each customer.
Manage the time tracking programme.
How to Convince Us
Excellent knowledge in ArchiCAD, specifically 3D drawing.
A minimum degree in architecture, interior design, or a similar field.
At least 3 years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project management.
Experience in project and construction management.
Proven expertise in designing and executing retail design projects, remodels, and new retail environments on a global scale.
A strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in retail environments.
A good understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices.
Familiarity with programs such as Cinema 4D, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and MS-Office is advantageous.
Proficient in English and German; any additional language is considered a plus.
