RETAIL DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER (100%)

We are seeking a talented and motivated RETAIL DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER (100%) for our office in ZÜRICH.

Following a comprehensive introduction, you will play a pivotal role in the realization of both international and national retail projects. Your responsibilities will range from creating simple sketches to intricate implementation planning. In addition to your daily activities in the studio, you will visit construction sites to oversee various project-related tasks.

YOUR ACTIVITIES

• Responsible for the creation of concepts and designs.
• Developing diverse solutions for complex spatial challenges.
• Creating sketches and 3D renderings, including edits.
• Participating in and following up on internal meetings with external vendors.
• Managing multiple store design projects simultaneously.
• Maintaining internal structures and processes.

HOW TO CONVINCE US

• Excellent knowledge of ArchiCAD, particularly in 3D drawing.
• A minimum of a degree in architecture, interior design, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project management.
• Experience in project and construction management.
• Proven track record in designing and executing retail projects, remodels, and new environments on a global scale.
• A strong design portfolio that showcases expertise in retail environments.
• A good understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices.
• Familiarity with programs such as Cinema 4D, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and German is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
