RETAIL DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER (100%)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Retail Design Project Manager for our office in Zürich. After a comprehensive introduction, you will be involved in the realization of international and national retail projects. Your responsibilities will range from developing simple sketches to complex implementation planning. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to visit construction sites, providing variety and engagement beyond the daily office routine.

YOUR ACTIVITIES

• Responsible for the creation of concepts and design.
• Developing various approaches to solutions for challenging spatial situations.
• Creating sketches and 3D renderings, including editing tasks.
• Participate in and follow up on internal meetings with external vendors.
• Manage multiple store design projects.
• Maintain internal organizational structures.

HOW TO CONVINCE US

• Excellent knowledge of ArchiCAD, specifically in 3D drawing.
• A minimum of a degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project management.
• Experience in project and construction management.
• Proven expertise in designing and executing retail design projects, remodels, and new retail environments on a global scale.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in retail environments.
• Good understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices.
• Familiarity with programs such as Cinema 4D, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
