In this role, you will engage in the realization of both international and national retail projects, transforming concepts into tangible designs. Your responsibilities will range from creating simple sketches to intricate implementation plans. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to step away from your desk and visit construction sites, engaging directly with various aspects of your projects.

YOUR ACTIVITIES

• Responsible for the creation of concepts and designs
• Develop different approaches to solutions for challenging spatial situations
• Create sketches and 3D renderings, including edits
• Participate in and follow up on internal meetings with external vendors
• Manage multiple store design projects
• Maintain internal structures

HOW TO CONVINCE US

• Excellent knowledge of ArchiCAD, especially in 3D drawing
• Minimum degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project management
• Background in project and construction management
• Proven expertise in designing and executing retail design projects, remodels, and new retail environments globally
• Strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in retail environments
• Good understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices
• Knowledge of programs such as Cinema 4D, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office is advantageous
• Good knowledge of English and German; any additional languages are a plus
