Product Manager - Restoratives (100%)
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager to join our team and lead our Restoratives product line. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and executing product strategies that drive our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative product strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through to launch and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Education, and Manufacturing.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis.
- Create compelling business cases and financial models.
- Manage product launches effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic partners.
- Manage product budgets and resources efficiently.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of product management experience.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies, manage successful product launches, and drive revenue growth.
- Technical & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental product technologies, market trends, and customer needs.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent data-driven decision-making capabilities with proficiency in analytics tools to assess product performance and market dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with a proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets and sales forecasting to support product financial performance.
- Languages: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English are required.
- Industry Experience (Preferred, Not Required): Background in dental manufacturing, medical devices, or related healthcare sectors is advantageous, though candidates with transferable skills will also be considered.
- Regulatory Knowledge (Preferred, Not Required): Familiarity with medical device regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
