Part-Time Restaurant Service (Approx. 30%)
Join our small, family-owned Taiwanese restaurant located in Kreis 4, Zurich. Since our establishment in July 2021, we have garnered a loyal following thanks to the novelty, variety, and quality of our food and service. Each meal is prepared with care to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our restaurant service team as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- Prepare the restaurant to welcome guests (cleaning and setting tables).
- Greet guests, provide guidance, answer questions, and take orders.
- Serve food at the table.
- Prepare drinks and desserts.
- Manage online takeaway orders and reservations.
- Maintain stock and inventory in collaboration with team members.
- Organize and clean work areas, fridges, and freezers in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
Your Profile
- Residing in or near Zurich, Kreis 4.
- Happy, friendly, and outgoing attitude.
- Reliable and hard-working, with a willingness to learn and collaborate with team members.
- Able to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (reading and speaking) is essential; knowledge of Mandarin and/or German is a plus.
- Familiarity with Taiwanese cuisine is preferred.
- Previous experience is an advantage.
Our Offer
- Immediate start available.
- 30-50% working hours, with potential for more. We are open Tuesday and Thursday for lunch from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM and Tuesday to Sunday evenings from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
- Hourly wage contract in accordance with L-GAV guidelines.
- On-the-job training provided.
