Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to take on overall responsibility for the operational management of our restaurant. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 10 employees.
  • Ensure warm and professional guest service at all times.
  • Actively participate in daily service operations to maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Implement and monitor quality and hygiene standards across all operations.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and continuous development.
  • Collaborate closely with the F&B, HR, Technical Services, Purchasing, Marketing, and Events departments of MRH Zermatt SA.
  • Contribute to the design of offers and promotions aimed at enhancing guest loyalty.
