Job Description: Restaurant Operations Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the overall management and operational excellence of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 10 employees.
- Ensure warm and professional guest service at all times.
- Actively participate in daily service operations.
- Implement and monitor quality and hygiene standards rigorously.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and ongoing development.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, including F&B, HR, Technical Services, Purchasing, Marketing, and Events of MRH Zermatt SA.
- Contribute to the design of offers and promotions aimed at strengthening guest loyalty.
