Located conveniently between the city center (15 minutes away) and Zurich International Airport (10 minutes away), our hotel offers an ideal base for both long business stays and short city trips. Responsibilities
- Manage and process reservations efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and facilities.
- Handle special requests and VIP guests with professionalism.
- Assist in maximizing room bookings and occupancy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the catering or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in reservation management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
