The Zurich hotel has been rebranded as of May 2023 to Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich and is managed by Cycas Hospitality, a leading white-label hotel operator in Europe.

Responsibilities
- Manage and process reservations efficiently and accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and facilities
- Handle special requests and VIP guests with professionalism
- Assist in maximizing room bookings and occupancy
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the catering or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in reservation management systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
