Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, contributing to various preclinical discovery programs involving human antibodies. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Screening human antibodies across different preclinical discovery programs.
  • Cultivating and manipulating mammalian cells.
  • Operating various liquid handlers and robotic systems.
  • Conducting initial characterization of antibody candidates.
  • Documenting and reporting results to the team.
  • Supporting activities related to antibody cloning, production, and characterization.
  • Collaborating effectively as part of a research team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • BSc or equivalent training as a laboratory technician in Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline in the biological sciences.
  • Proven experience in handling and cultivating eukaryotic cells.
  • Familiarity with immunological techniques such as ELISA and Western Blotting, as well as biophysical techniques like SPR and BLI.
  • Additively, experience with laboratory biology techniques such as cloning and protein expression will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team with a focus on deliverables.
