Job Opportunity: Research Associate

Neurimmune is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing next-generation antibody therapeutics. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Research Associate (100%) to join our Biomarker Discovery and Bioanalytics team. The ideal candidate will have experience in in vitro assay development and validation, and will play a critical role in supporting our preclinical and clinical programs through essential analyses, including drug quantification, immunogenicity assessments, and the creation of innovative biomarker assays.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a broad range of bioanalytical assays using various platforms, including medium to high sensitivity immunoassays (e.g., SIMOA, MSD, ELISA).
  • Create immunohistochemical or biochemical assays across multiple matrices (blood, CSF, tissue).
  • Conduct preclinical pharmacokinetics (PK), anti-drug antibody (ADA), and biomarker studies.
  • Qualify established assays in accordance with regulated guidelines (GxP).
  • Evaluate, interpret, and report results accurately.
  • Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain precise documentation.
  • Facilitate method transfers to both internal and external collaborators.
  • Implement robust laboratory processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Expertise in in vitro assay development, ligand binding assays, troubleshooting, qualification, and validation.
  • A solid understanding of regulated environments (GxP) is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality.
  • Effective writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple parallel projects.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
