Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing the screening of human antibodies for various preclinical discovery programs.
- Cultivation and manipulation of mammalian cells.
- Operating different liquid handlers and robotic systems.
- Initial characterization of antibody candidates.
- Documenting and reporting results to the team.
- Supporting antibody cloning, production, and characterization activities.
- Working both independently and collaboratively as part of a research team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- BSc or training as a laboratory technician in Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related degree in biological sciences.
- Proficient in handling and cultivating eukaryotic cells.
- Experience with immunological techniques (ELISA, Western Blotting) and biophysical techniques (SPR, BLI).
- Additional experience with laboratory biology techniques such as cloning and protein expression is advantageous.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on deliverables.
