Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are crucial for our preclinical discovery programs, including:

  • Screening human antibodies across different discovery initiatives.
  • Cultivating and manipulating mammalian cells.
  • Operating various liquid handlers and robotic systems.
  • Conducting initial characterizations of antibody candidates.
  • Documenting and reporting results to the research team.
  • Supporting antibody cloning, production, and characterization activities.
  • Working both independently and collaboratively as an integral part of the research team.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

  • BSc or equivalent training as a laboratory technician in Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Proficient in the handling and cultivation of eukaryotic cells.
  • Experience with immunological techniques (ELISA, Western Blotting) and biophysical methods (SPR, BLI).
  • Additional experience in laboratory biology techniques such as cloning and protein expression is advantageous.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, focusing on deliverables.
