The Development Economics Group (DEC) at ETH Zurich is committed to empirical economics research that drives more effective policies aimed at reducing global poverty and inequalities. We are currently offering a research assistant position in Development Economics, with a starting date of October 1st for a duration of 6 months. This opportunity is perfect for individuals seeking research experience between completing their Master’s degree and beginning a PhD program.
We are an international team of highly motivated economists and data scientists dedicated to analyzing global inequalities and contributing to sustainable global development solutions. Our research group collaborates closely with NADEL, a multidisciplinary team focused on educating future leaders in global cooperation and development, connecting researchers with NGOs, governments, civil society, and the industry to foster and enhance innovations for the broader global community.
