Job Title: Release Manager

We are seeking a skilled Release Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous planning and execution of release management processes across various teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the release plan across Product Oriented Delivery (POD) teams, including deliverables, features, and timelines.
• Support client processes for data availability, architecture approvals, risk and compliance reviews, and more.
• Coordinate across PODs for dependency planning and scoping.
• Assist in managing inter-team dependencies and conflicts.
• Support prioritization and approval processes for environment setup and data availability.
• Implement effective risk management strategies and mitigation plans.
• Participate in Go/No Go decisions and facilitate communication across teams.

Experience Requirements:

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with release orchestration and automation tools.
• Familiarity with MLOps/DataOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow).
• Proficiency in version control and configuration management.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate complex dependencies.
• Strong risk assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of Data and AI projects and concepts.
