Your Role

Are you a people person? Do you excel at providing exceptional investment advice that fosters client wealth? We’re searching for a Relationship Manager dedicated to serving ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients from the Arabian Gulf.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships with a primary focus on strategic advice.
  • Implement a quantitative prospect development plan with measurable actions.
  • Define advisory processes and agreements that best meet our clients’ needs, in cooperation with the Investment Advisor.
  • Provide high-quality investment options for clients, collaborating closely with team members and specialists from various areas.
  • Expand the local market network through referrals and by identifying new prospects.
  • Ensure clients are managed in a manner that contributes to an effective risk culture within the team.
  • Define and implement a strategy to expand our Wealth Management UHNW Arabian Gulf client base.
  • Acquire substantial Net New Money and grow the UAE and GCC market network through referrals and by identifying new prospects.

You will be part of the WM Arabian Gulf team in Zurich, where a vibrant and friendly work environment awaits you. We offer an unrivaled product portfolio and access to various specialists (Investment Banking, Wealth Planning, Art Advisory, Philanthropy, etc.), benefiting our UHNW clients who trust us as their global wealth manager. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our business expansion in the Arabian Gulf.

Your Expertise

  • A university degree in economics or finance; further education in Wealth Management is preferred.
  • Previous experience in relationship management, asset gathering, and investments, ideally with 10 years in a client-facing role within the Arabian Gulf market.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in Wealth Management.
  • A strong track record of successfully acquiring and developing UAE and GCC UHNW clients.
  • Experience working with wealthy and sophisticated clients and prospects in the Middle East, with a focus on strategic advice.
  • A robust network in the Arabian Gulf with personal contacts to potential UHNW clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE and GCC market, including its regulatory landscape and an understanding of its social and business culture.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic to support our local client base.
