Relationship Manager / Relationship Manageress

Your Role:

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring a substantial Net New Money (NNM) from High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) prospects. You will manage the acquired portfolio collaboratively with the Investment Advisor, ensuring that prospect and client needs are assessed, and their risk appetites are understood and respected. Your key goals will include driving growth by building a sustainable and profitable client book through new client acquisition.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships with a strong focus on strategic advice.
  • Implement a proactive prospect development plan with measurable actions.
  • Define advisory processes and agreements that best meet our clients' needs in cooperation with the Investment Advisor.
  • Provide high-quality investment options for clients, collaborating closely with team members and specialists from various areas.
  • Grow the local market network through referrals and by identifying new prospects.
  • Ensure clients are managed in a manner that contributes to a robust risk culture within the team.

You will be part of Team Egypt in Geneva, which boasts a lively and friendly work environment, an unrivaled product shelf, and access to a range of specialists (Investment banking, wealth planning, art advisory, philanthropy, etc.). This unique environment benefits our UHNW and HNW clients, allowing us to operate as a truly global wealth manager. As a Senior Relationship Manager, your role will be pivotal in aiding our business expansion in Egypt.

Your Expertise:

  • Previous experience in wealth management, preferably with at least 10 years of extensive knowledge of financial products and services.
  • A proven track record of providing solutions for clients, whether on a discretionary or advisory basis.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with strong presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
