Your Role
Are you a people person? Do you excel in providing superior investment advice that enhances client wealth? We are seeking a Relationship Manager for our UHNW Arabian Gulf clients to:
- Develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships, with a primary focus on strategic advice.
- Implement a quantitative prospect development plan with measurable actions.
- Define advisory processes and agreements tailored to our clients' needs, in partnership with the Investment Advisor.
- Provide high-quality investment options for clients while collaborating with team members and specialists from various areas.
- Expand the local market network through referrals and by identifying new prospects.
- Manage clients in a way that fosters an effective risk culture within the team.
- Define and implement strategies to broaden our Wealth Management UHNW Arabian Gulf client base.
- Acquire substantial Net New Money and enhance the UAE and GCC market network through referrals and by identifying new prospects.
Your Team
You will be a vital member of the WM Arabian Gulf team in Zurich, where we promote a dynamic and friendly work environment. We offer an unrivaled product shelf and access to various specialists (Investment Banking, Wealth Planning, Art Advisory, Philanthropy, etc.). This collaborative approach benefits our UHNW clients, allowing them to bank with a truly global wealth manager. As a Senior Relationship Manager, your contributions will be crucial in expanding our business in the Arabian Gulf.
Your Expertise
- A university degree in economics or finance, with a preference for further education in Wealth Management.
- Previous experience in relationship management, asset gathering, and investments, ideally with 10 years in a client-facing role in the Arabian Gulf market.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and services, particularly within Wealth Management.
- A robust track record of successfully acquiring and developing UAE and GCC UHNW clients.
- Experience engaging with affluent and sophisticated clients in the Middle East, focusing on strategic advice.
- A well-established network in the Arabian Gulf, with personal contacts among potential UHNW clients.
- In-depth understanding of the UAE and GCC markets, including their regulatory landscape and socio-business culture.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, enabling effective support for our local client base.
