We are seeking a Relationship Manager for High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients in the Non-Resident India and Pakistan (NRI/NRP) client segment. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building, establishing, and growing client relationships to strengthen market share in the target client segment.
  • Providing trusted advice to clients in collaboration with colleagues from the investment products and solutions teams.
  • Developing a strategic plan to enhance the client portfolio with measurable outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of client investor profiles.
  • Taking a strategic view of clients' investments while closely monitoring portfolio quality.
  • Complying with all regulations, policies, and standards in alignment with our risk management culture.

You will be working within the NRI/NRP team based in Zurich. We are focused on managing, preserving, and growing our clients' wealth holistically, while assisting them in planning for succession. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we remain a global leader in wealth management.

Your Expertise:

  • Proven experience in relationship management, asset gathering, and investments, with a minimum of 7+ years in a client-facing role, specifically in the NRP/NRI and Middle East markets.
  • Strong experience in the target market with an established client network.
  • A track record of dealing with highly sophisticated and demanding clientele from key markets, along with relevant networks.
  • International work experience is beneficial, ideally in the Middle East or other target markets.
  • A firm grasp of financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to build strong client networks with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Aptitude for digitization and technology.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is a significant advantage.
