Job Opportunity: Reinsurance Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Reinsurance Manager to join our Group Reinsurance team, specializing in Specialty Lines of Business.
What to Expect
- Cross-border collaboration with all Business Units within the group.
- Management of the Reinsurance needs across Business Units while overseeing respective Lines of Business on the outward side.
- Act as a bridge between partners, facilitating data delivery, analytics, actuarial functions, accounting, and claims.
We Expect
- A university degree in business, insurance, actuarial science, or computer science.
- Several years of experience in a similar role; however, we will consider strong candidates with the potential to grow into the position.
- Experience managing Specialty Lines of Business including Marine, Bond, Fine Art, and Cyber.
- The ability to take on deputizing responsibilities for other Lines of Business while being part of a small team.
- Hands-on experience in establishing processes and systems within a (re)insurance company.
- Strong coordination skills with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong presentation skills to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Networking and relationship-building capabilities, along with entrepreneurial and commercial acumen.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- A self-driven professional with a structured and quality-focused mindset.
- Business proficiency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
