Your Area of Responsibility
- Supporting the nursing management in the professional and organizational leadership of the nursing team
- Ensuring high-quality care while adhering to current standards
- Co-responsibility for personnel planning, management, and development
- Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments
- Acting as a point of contact for residents, relatives, and external partners
- Implementing and further developing care and support concepts
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH)
- Professional experience in long-term care or acute care
- Initial leadership experience or further training in management is an advantage
- Communicative, motivating, and team-oriented personality
- Strong organizational skills and high personal responsibility
- Proficient in IT skills and experienced with nursing documentation systems
