Your Area of Responsibility
- Support nursing management in the professional and organizational leadership of the nursing team
- Ensure high-quality care while adhering to current standards
- Share responsibility for personnel planning, management, and development
- Promote interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments
- Act as a point of contact for residents, relatives, and external partners
- Implement and further develop care and support concepts
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH)
- Professional experience in long-term care or acute care
- Initial leadership experience or further training in management is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, with a motivating and team-oriented personality
- Organizational talent and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Good IT skills and experience with nursing documentation systems
