- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse Monitoring Care NDK.
- Experience in monitoring care, intermediate care (IMC), or intensive care is an advantage.
- Confidence in managing complex nursing situations and utilizing highly technical monitoring systems.
- Resilience and ability to perform under pressure with quick decision-making.
- Empathy and high social competence in interactions with patients and their relatives.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
