Your Tasks
- Your responsibilities include delivering high-quality care to patients while adhering to our nursing philosophy.
- You will observe and assess care situations, respond appropriately to acute situations, and execute medical orders with care.
- You will maintain thorough and traceable documentation (care planning & process).
- Active participation in projects, collaboration in groups, and supporting department management and nursing specialists in ensuring care quality.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration within the team and interaction with various professional groups and departments.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse; experience in acute hospitals is an advantage.
- Enjoy mentoring and supporting learners and interns.
- Good PC skills and a meticulous, careful work style are required.
- You are flexible and accustomed to irregular working hours in a shift system.
- You are a team player with a thirst for knowledge, and your responsible and empathetic personality completes your profile.
