Monitoring and caring for patients with unstable vital parameters requiring continuous nursing and medical supervision
Implementing complex nursing and medical measures to stabilize health conditions
Operating, monitoring, and interpreting high-tech medical devices like monitoring systems, infusion pumps, and non-invasive ventilation
Early detection of critical changes and initiating appropriate emergency measures
Close collaboration with doctors, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient care
Supporting and advising relatives in emotionally challenging situations
Comprehensive documentation of all measures taken and participation in quality assurance and optimization processes

Completed training as a Diploma Nurse / Nursing Specialist in Surveillance Care NDK
Experience in surveillance care, intermediate care (IMC), or intensive care is an advantage
Confidence in handling complex nursing situations and high-tech monitoring systems
Resilience, quick decision-making capabilities, and professional performance under pressure
Empathy and high social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives
Very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written
