Your Tasks:

• Care and support for patients in acute, long-term, or home care
• Performing medical measures such as infusion therapy, wound care, medication administration, and blood glucose monitoring
• Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Consulting and training relatives in dealing with illnesses and care needs
• Documenting nursing processes to ensure high-quality care

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a qualified nurse (dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann HF)

• High sense of responsibility, team spirit, and empathy when dealing with patients
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
