Regional Sales Manager ACUVUE – Switzerland

Are you a people-focused sales leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth? At Johnson & Johnson Vision, we are looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager for ACUVUE to lead our field sales organization in Switzerland and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our contact lens portfolio.

In this influential leadership role, you will own the execution of our commercial strategy, inspire and coach a talented team of Account Managers, and directly manage strategic key customers. You will operate at the heart of the Swiss business while collaborating closely with DACH and European Vision Care teams, ensuring strong alignment and impact across markets. Objectives of the Position

  • Lead, select, and develop a team of 5 ACUVUE Account Managers in Switzerland
  • Responsible for achieving the field sales targets
  • Analyze and monitor Swiss sales results, with proactive planning and implementation of compliant measures
  • Forecast and manage budget planning
  • Provide active input into sales strategy and process optimization
  • Implement the marketing strategy
  • Plan and execute Sales Team Meetings
  • Personally manage key customers in collaboration with the ACUVUE Account Manager
  • Engage in cross-functional cooperation with other functions such as Key Account Management, Marketing, Professional Education and Development, and European Sales Development
  • Expect approximately 40% travel time

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience of 5+ years with proven results
  • Demonstrated experience in people leadership
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written; French is preferred
  • Experience in the category is beneficial
  • Background in a consumer goods business is advantageous
  • Strong customer-facing skills at all levels
  • Demonstrable business acumen and a results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and analytical abilities
  • Embraces the CREDO in day-to-day activities and interactions
  • Innovative and able to think outside the box
