Regional Sales Manager ACUVUE – Switzerland

Are you a people-focused sales leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth? At Johnson & Johnson Vision, we are seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager ACUVUE to lead our field sales organization in Switzerland and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our contact lens portfolio.

In this influential leadership role, you will own the execution of our commercial strategy, inspire and coach a talented team of Account Managers, and directly manage strategic key customers. You will operate at the heart of the Swiss business while collaborating closely with DACH and European Vision Care teams, ensuring strong alignment and impact across markets.

Objectives of the Position

  • Lead, choose, and develop a team of 5 ACUVUE Account Managers in Switzerland.
  • Responsible for achieving field sales targets.
  • Analyze and control Swiss sales results, along with proactive planning and implementation of compliant measures.
  • Forecast and manage budget planning and control.
  • Contribute actively to the sales strategy and optimization of processes.
  • Implement the marketing strategy effectively.
  • Plan and execute Sales Team Meetings.
  • Personally manage key customers alongside the ACUVUE Account Manager.
  • Facilitate cross-functional cooperation with other teams such as Key Account Management, Marketing, Professional Education and Development, and European Sales Development.
  • Expect approximately 40% travel time in this role.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of previous sales experience with proven exceptional results.
  • Experience in people leadership.
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in French is preferred.
  • Category experience would be beneficial.
  • Background in consumer goods is advantageous.
  • Strong customer-facing skills at all levels.
  • Demonstrable business acumen and results-driven performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Very good negotiation and analytical abilities.
