Regional Sales Manager ACUVUE – Switzerland

Are you a people-focused sales leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth? At Johnson & Johnson Vision, we are looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager ACUVUE to lead our field sales organization in Switzerland and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our contact lens portfolio.

In this influential leadership role, you will own the execution of our commercial strategy, inspire and coach a talented team of Account Managers, and directly manage strategic key customers. You will operate at the heart of the Swiss business while collaborating closely with DACH and European Vision Care teams, ensuring strong alignment and impact across markets. Objectives of the Position

  • Lead, select, and develop a team of 5 ACUVUE Account Managers in Switzerland.
  • Be responsible for achieving field sales targets.
  • Analyze and control Swiss sales results while proactively planning and implementing compliant measures.
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, planning, and control.
  • Provide active input into the sales strategy and process optimization.
  • Implement the marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute Sales Team Meetings.
  • Personally manage key customers in collaboration with the ACUVUE Account Manager.
  • Engage in cross-functional cooperation with other departments such as Key Account Management, Marketing, Professional Education and Development, and European Sales Development.
  • Travel approximately 40% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience of 5+ years with a proven record of outstanding results.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Experience in relevant categories is beneficial.
  • Background in a consumer goods business is advantageous.
  • Strong customer-facing skills at all levels.
  • Demonstrable business acumen, driven by results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly developed negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Embrace and uphold the CREDO in every day-to-day interaction and decision-making.
  • Innovative and capable of out-of-the-box thinking.
