Regional Sales Manager ACUVUE – Switzerland

Are you a people-focused sales leader with a passion for cultivating high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth? At Johnson & Johnson Vision, we are seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager ACUVUE to lead our field sales organization in Switzerland. In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of our contact lens portfolio.

As an influential leader, you will execute our commercial strategy, inspire and coach a talented team of Account Managers, and directly manage strategic key customers. You will operate at the heart of the Swiss business while collaborating closely with DACH and European Vision Care teams, ensuring strong alignment and impact across markets.

Objectives of the Position

  • Lead, select, and develop a team of 5 ACUVUE Account Managers in Switzerland.
  • Achieve field sales targets.
  • Analyze and control Swiss sales results, proactively planning and implementing compliant measures.
  • Forecast and budget planning and control.
  • Contribute actively to sales strategy development and optimization of processes.
  • Implement the marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute Sales Team Meetings.
  • Manage key customer relationships alongside the ACUVUE Account Manager.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Key Account Management, Marketing, Professional Education and Development, and European Sales Development.
  • Travel approximately 40% of available time.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience of 5+ years with proven exceptional results.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; French language skills are preferred.
  • Category experience is beneficial.
  • Experience in a consumer goods business is also advantageous.
  • Strong customer-facing skills at all levels.
  • Demonstrable business acumen, driven by results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.
  • Embodies the CREDO in everyday activities and interactions.
  • Innovative and able to think outside the box.
