Regional Sales Manager ACUVUE – Switzerland

Are you a people-focused sales leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth? At Johnson & Johnson Vision, we are seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager ACUVUE to lead our field sales organization in Switzerland and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our contact lens portfolio.

In this influential leadership role, you will own the execution of our commercial strategy, inspire and coach a talented team of Account Managers, and directly manage strategic key customers. You will work at the heart of the Swiss business, closely collaborating with DACH and European Vision Care teams to ensure strong alignment and impact across markets.

Objectives of the Position

  • Lead, select, and develop a team of 5 ACUVUE Account Managers in Switzerland.
  • Achieve field sales targets.
  • Analyze and control Swiss sales results, proactively planning and implementing compliant measures.
  • Conduct forecasting and budget planning and control.
  • Provide active input into sales strategy and process optimization.
  • Implement the marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute Sales Team Meetings.
  • Manage key customers personally alongside the ACUVUE Account Manager.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Key Account Management, Marketing, Professional Education and Development, and European Sales Development.
  • Expect approximately 40% travel time.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience of 5+ years with a proven track record of excellent results.
  • Experience in people leadership.
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of French language is preferred.
  • Experience in category management is advantageous.
  • Background in the consumer goods industry is also beneficial.
  • Strong customer-facing skills at all levels.
  • Demonstrable business acumen, driven by performance results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
  • Committed to embodying the CREDO in daily activities and interactions.
  • Innovative and capable of out-of-the-box thinking.
